Since joining the company in 1996, Richard has played a key role in building Metrica�s award-winning reputation as a world leader in media evaluation. Before Metrica, Richard worked for Saatchi & Saatchi's PR specialists,
The Rowland Company,
and in-house at the Royal College for General Practitioners.

Paul Hender - Media Evaluation Director

Metrica�s Media Analysis Director, Paul Hender, joined the company over 12 years ago. He has been pivotal to Metrica�s award-winning success with industry defining media analysis systems, including Metrica�s unique reach and frequency analysis and our flexible and robust web-based tools. His techniques have allowed genuine mapping of media coverage outputs to out-takes and out-comes such as sales, and helped globally recognised organisations such as eBay, Nissan, BT, Aviva, and Dell to improve the effectiveness of their communication operations.

Kristin Wadge - Business Strategy Director

With a background in PR and Marketing Communications, Kristin Wadge joined Metrica in 2003 and now helps drive the agency's business strategy and direction. Working closely with the Account Directors, Kristin has overall responsibility for making sure client accounts run smoothly. In particular, she aids the set up and running of key accounts; and in sharing best practice between flagship global clients. Kristin graduated from Greenwich University with a First Class honours degree in Marketing Communications and completed her insightful dissertation on the benefits of Planning, Research and Evaluation for PR agencies in the UK.

Michael Ishmael - IT Director

With almost ten years technology experience, accumulated mainly in the financial sector and chiefly in the areas of database and web development, Michael is the pioneer behind many of Metrica�s industry-leading tools. Under his leadership the IT team has grown substantially enabling the company to expand its capacity to innovate, creating bespoke solutions for clients and developing new products to deal with the ever-evolving challenges of the media.

Gareth Owens - Account Director

Specialising in the technology, telecoms and utilities sectors, Gareth Owens has more than six years international experience in media evaluation. Heading up the
Technology and Utilities Practice, he oversees a portfolio of blue chip clients including Dell, Canon, British Telecom and O2, as well as industry bodies such as Ofcom. His commitment to growing the company�s expertise within the international media landscape and consumer generated media, ensures that Metrica remains on the cutting edge of industry knowledge. Before Metrica, Gareth worked in the United States with multinational organisations on their media evaluation strategies.

Catherine Wright - Account Director

Catherine joined Metrica in 2007 following more than a decade in the media analysis and monitoring industry and has extensive experience advising and delivering on tailored solutions for clients which meet their needs. She now runs Metrica's Government and Not-for-Profit Practice team overseeing clients such as Cancer Research UK, British Heart Foundation, Breakthrough Breast Cancer, Learning & Skills Council, NSPCC, Carbon Trust and TV Licensing. Catherine graduated from the University of Kent with a honours degree in English and American Studies.

Richard Bennet - Account Director

Richard joined Metrica in 2006 with over five years' experience advising and consulting FTSE-100 level companies on their media monitoring and evaluation requirements.
With a specialism in financial services clients, Richard now heads up Metrica's
Finance and Professional Services Practice, working with a number of global financial brands including Aviva, Legal & General, FTSE and Natwest, as well as consulting professional services firms in fields as diverse as Law and Biochemistry.
